Professional Engineers

Eli Yagor, P.E.—Principal and founder of the company, with over twenty-four years experience in all facets of electrical power and control systems engineering, as well as project engineering and management. A graduate of Cornell University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, his experience covers industrial power distribution, generation and control systems; utility generation, transmission and distribution systems, and electrical systems for institutional and large commercial facilities. He is a registered electrical engineer in the States of California, Texas, Hawaii, and New Jersey.

Uri Sela, P.E.—has thirty-two years experience in many facets of rotating equipment engineering, which includes selection of cost effective process machinery, commissioning and troubleshooting of rotating equipment in domestic and overseas plants, design of machinery protection systems, and analysis of machinery systems. A graduate of the City College of New York, and New Jersey Institute of Technology, Uri is a registered Mechanical Engineer in California and New Jersey.

Thomas G. McGuinness, P.E.—has twenty-five years of diverse experience in process development and design, process machinery applications, engineering management and project management. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Tom is a registered Mechanical Engineer in California and New Mexico.
